Private White Water Rafting Adventure on the Soča River

• Children from the age of 7 are welcome on rafts.

• Swimsuit,
• Towel,
• Dry underwear for changing,
• A rash guard or synthetic swimwear (either long or short-sleeved) to keep kids warmer, especially since they tend to feel cold more quickly (optional),
• We suggest bringing a snack and a drink in your backpack for after the rafting trip (being in the water often makes us hungry),
• Sunscreen.

• Advance reservations are most welcome, as activities may be sold out. We advise you to make a reservation as soon as possible when planning your holiday. If you are more unpredictable, you can also send an inquiry the day before the planned activity,
• rafting is every weather activity, sun, rain or wind, as long as the water levels are safe. In case of too high or too low water levels the rafting provider will offer you other options,
• we will remind you of the exact time of arrival at the office with each reservation. We usually meet between 15 – 30 minutes before the chosen activity. Meeting times vary depending on the activity and the chosen date of the activity,
• no experience is required for most activities, as they are tailored and suitable for beginners. For longer and more technically demanding gorges, the experience is welcome. Good general physical fitness is welcome for all activities,
• you are not accident-insured during the activity. Slovenian citizens are advised to arrange this insurance themselves. Foreign citizens are advised to arrange additional health insurance at home so that in the event of a doctor’s visit, they have all costs covered by their insurance company.
• Guiding language is English, Slovene or Croatian.

A cheaper version of rafting is classical rafting, where you join other attendees on the tour.

Company Dolina Soče d.o.o. acts solely as an intermediary (booking agent) and not as organizer or provider of the rafting activity. Rafting provider is local company from Bovec SPORT MIKS d.o.o.. which is fully responsible for the execution and safety of the activity.

Adrenaline activities like canyoning cannot be attended by:

• nuotatori occasionali,
• pregnant women,
• people with reduced mobility, spinal problems or other psycho-physical injuries,
• people who are overweight,
• persons under the influence of psychotropic substances or alcohol.
• people exceeding the weight of 110 kg (weight limitation by the gear used - life vest, belts ...)
