You’ll learn the basics of paddling, teamwork on the raft, riding the rapids and swimming in refreshing calm and wild water. In addition to the adrenaline-filled moments, there are also calm sections perfect for swimming and admiring the stunning emerald colour of the Soča River and its hidden beaches. You will receive an email with the invoice and all the necessary information, including a map to the sports office in Kobarid. Please bring the receipt with you. A calendar appointment will be set to remind you of your booked experience.

No experience? No problem. The Kamno–Tolmin section is perfect for first-timers, with fun rapids and pro guides to help you.
WHEN

DURATION
Tour takes up to 3 hours.
CHILDREN
Children from the age of 3 are welcome in the raft.
PRICE
Groups of min. 4 persons to max. 8 people.
- 50 Euro / person
In case the activity is cancelled by the provider due to weather or river conditions, the booking will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Price Includes:
- Full rafting equipment: helmet, wetsuit and shoes, anorak, life jacket
- Professional guidance by licensed and experienced guides
- Transportation to the starting point and back to Kobarid
- River permit
- A few photos from the experience (sent to you afterward)

- Personal travel or health insurance

LOCATION
Soča river sector Kobarid-Tolmin.
PARKING
You can park your car at the Kobarid Cultural Centre. Part of the parking is free. It's just a 3-minute walk from the tourist agency meeting and starting location. See the map below for directions.
USEFUL INFORMATION
- Advance booking required to ensure availability.
- Activities take place in all weather conditions, except for extreme weather.
- If the water level is too high or too low, the activity will be postponed or cancelled.
- Participants must arrive at the meeting point in Kobarid at their selected time.
- No prior experience required – the activity is beginner-friendly. However, basic swimming ability is mandatory and a good general physical condition is recommended.
- Participants are not insured against accidents during the activity.
Slovenian participants are advised to arrange their own accident insurance.
Foreign visitors should ensure they have adequate travel/health insurance covering outdoor sports. - The activity is guided in Slovenian or English.
LIMITATIONS
The kayaking activity is not suitable for:
- Non-swimmers
- Pregnant women
- People with limited mobility, spinal injuries, or other physical/mental impairments
- People with excessive body weight
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs
