Practical Info

Wear solid walking or hiking shoes – the trail includes around 500 steps and may be slippery.
The route is not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs. Small children should be carried in a child carrier.
Dogs are welcome on a leash.

PARKING

Free parking lot for Tolmin Gorges (Tolminska korita) are marked with P2 or P3. Parking lots are close to town Tolmin. Shuttle transfer from parking to the entrance is available.

USEFUL INFORMATION

The trail varies from comfortable to rocky and (occasionally) steep trail. The trail is partly in the shade of a forest. However, be prepared for sun exposure too.
