Kluže Fortress is one of the most striking historical landmarks in the Soča Valley. Built to control the strategic mountain passage between the Alps and the Adriatic, it played a key role during the Isonzo Front.

HOW TO REACH FORT KLUŽE
Kluže Fortress is easily accessible by car. Located 5 km from Bovec along the road Bovec - Predel pass. It's also reachable by bicycle or by foot.
PARKING
Parking is available next to the Kluže Fortress along the main road to Log pod Mangartom and Predel pass.
