FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - FAQ:
Can I transport e-bikes?
Yes, we can also transfer e-bikes. Our main transportation options are vans and when transfering bikes number of people we can transport is reduced. Usually 4 people, 4 bikes per van.
How many bikes can you take?
Up to 4 bikes and people per van.
Do you provide child seats?
No. Currently no child seats are at disposal.
Can I enquire last minute?
You can, but its up to transportation vehicles availability. We advise you to enquire and book your transport well aheat, at least couple of days prior to your desired transfer.
Airport transfers policies
ARRIVALS:
When booking a transfer from your arrival airport to the Soča Valley, please provide your flight number, scheduled landing time, and the name you would like displayed on the driver’s sign upon arrival.
Our driver will monitor your flight and adjust pickup time in case of delays. If your flight is delayed, the driver will wait accordingly. Please note that extended waiting time may incur an additional fee.
DEPARTURES:
Please plan your departure with sufficient time to reach the airport, taking into account possible traffic or other delays. Provide your preferred pickup time from your location.
While we always aim to ensure timely arrival, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, accidents, weather, or other force majeure events.
What if my flight is delayed?
Waiting hours fees apply when not shown at transport location on time. This applies for flight delays as well.
Can you transfer my luggage only?
We provide luggage transport only service as well. Provide us a luggage pick-up and a drop-off location and we'll do the transport.
